What’s in each cabinet package?

Essential covers frameless plywood cabinets with painted Shaker or Slab doors, sized to your walls with standard heights and depths. Select adds white oak doors, interior organizers, custom heights and depths, and finished appliance ends. Signature is fully custom: any size or layout, walnut and premium veneers, integrated appliance panels and finished interiors. Prices start at $450, $650 and $900 per linear foot, installed.

How do the three packages compare?

All three use the same cabinet box and hardware; they differ in door and finish options, interior storage, sizing freedom and appliance panels.

How much do the packages cost?

Essential starts at $450 per linear foot, Select at $650 and Signature at $900, installed in Boulder County (prices as of October 2026). A linear foot is one foot of wall with base and upper cabinets counted together, so a typical 20-foot kitchen starts around $9,000, $13,000 or $18,000.

Every price includes design drawings, cabinets, finishing, Blum hardware, delivery and installation in Boulder County. It doesn’t include countertops, decorative pulls and knobs, plumbing, electrical, demolition and appliances. Final price depends on the size of the job, the share of drawers to doors, tall cabinets, specialty storage and site conditions, and you get it in writing after the in-home measure.

For comparison, published Colorado guides put fully custom cabinets at roughly $500 to $1,200 per linear foot installed; see how much custom cabinets cost in Colorado. Building every job on a CNC from a short list of standard options is how we keep our packages at or below that range. Send rough measurements and photos for a ballpark on your space.

Why do we keep a small set of door styles and finishes?

Because a short list keeps every room consistent, keeps lead times shorter and keeps cost under control. It also makes it easy to match any room to the kitchen.

Our standard door styles: Shaker, Slim Shaker and Slab. Our standard finishes: painted (a curated palette), natural white oak, stained white oak and walnut.

  • Consistency across rooms. When the kitchen, vanity and mudroom share a door profile and finish, paint colors and stains match from room to room instead of drifting between suppliers or batches.
  • Faster lead times. Familiar door styles and finishes mean less time on samples, special orders and one-off setups.
  • Cost control. Fewer one-off materials to source and fewer sample rounds keep your budget in the cabinets themselves.

Shaker and slab doors cover most looks from traditional to modern. Paint color, wood, hardware and layout do the rest.

Can every room match the kitchen?

Yes. Every package can be used in any room we build, so vanities, laundry and mudroom cabinets, pantries and built-ins can carry the kitchen’s door style and finish.

A room that takes hard wear, like a mudroom, can keep the kitchen’s door style in a darker paint color that hides scuffs.

Which package should you choose?

Choose Essential for painted cabinets in a straightforward layout, Select if you want white oak or organized storage, and Signature if your space or design needs fully custom sizes, walnut or integrated appliances.

If you’re still deciding what level of cabinet you need, read custom vs. semi-custom vs. stock cabinets. For how frameless boxes compare with traditional cabinets, see frameless vs. face-frame cabinets. Planning a kitchen? Start with kitchen cabinets.

What happens after you pick a package?

You send measurements and photos, we design the layout with you, and the package sets what goes into the build. Our process covers each step.

Plan on about 8–10 weeks from signed design to install, with installation by our own crew, or delivery to your contractor.

Frequently asked questions

What is a cabinet package?

A defined set of construction, door styles, finishes and options sold together, so you choose a level instead of pricing every component separately. It makes quotes faster to put together and easier to compare.

How much do Woodridge cabinet packages cost?

Essential starts at $450 per linear foot, Select at $650 and Signature at $900, installed in Boulder County. A typical 20-foot kitchen starts around $9,000, $13,000 or $18,000. Prices include design drawings, cabinets, finishing, Blum hardware, delivery and installation in Boulder County; countertops and plumbing are separate.

What affects cabinet cost besides the package?

The size of the job, the share of drawers versus doors, tall cabinets, specialty storage, the wood and finish, and installation conditions such as uneven floors or walls.

Is a custom cabinet package the same as semi-custom cabinets?

No. Semi-custom usually means a manufacturer's catalog boxes with a limited list of modifications. A package from a custom shop sets the materials and options, while the cabinets are still built to order for your layout.

Does a short list of door styles limit my design?

Less than you might expect. Shaker and slab doors cover most looks from traditional to modern, and paint color, wood species, hardware and layout change the result far more than the door profile.

What's the difference between frameless and face-frame cabinets?

Frameless cabinets have no face frame, so doors cover the box edges and drawers and roll-outs can use nearly the full width of the cabinet. Face-frame cabinets have a solid wood frame on the front that narrows the opening.
